THE GLOBAL LEADERSHIP EXCHANGE PROGRAM

The Global Leadership Exchange Program functions as a Collaborative Cohort to inspire and facilitate a community of learning, support, commitment, and collaboration. The Global Leadership Exchange Program will assemble a cohort of 12-15 young global leaders who represent the diversity of the African diaspora.

The Mbele Leadership Academy is an intentional reach to bring young people together from across the African diaspora to assist them in making their entrepreneurial and social enterprise pursuits a reality.
