The Global Leadership Exchange Program functions as a Collaborative Cohort to inspire and facilitate a community of learning, support, commitment, and collaboration. The Global Leadership Exchange Program will assemble a cohort of 12-15 young global leaders who represent the diversity of the African diaspora.
